Edwards brings over two decades of experience in leading product and technology strategy for growth-stage SaaS companies, and she will play a key role in advancing KnownweII’s platform to revolutionize client growth and retention for B2B services organizations.
Edwards joins KnownweII with a proven track record of scaling platforms, building AI-driven products, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact. Before joining KnownweII, she served as Chief Technology Officer at SBI, where she launched the firm’s digital platform, guiding the transition from services to product. Prior to SBI, Edwards held executive product and technology roles at SaaS companies in the B2B, e-commerce, and media sectors, overseeing product and engineering strategy for eMarketer and 360 Media Direct.
In her new role, Edwards will drive product and AI direction for KnownweII’s SaaS platform and advance the company’s applied intelligence vision. She will oversee product management and core engineering teams to accelerate growth, improve adoption, and steer the company toward General Availability. Edwards will also partner across product, technology, and go-to-market functions to align strategy, execution, and delivery at scale.
